To start, a simple way to encourage best results would be to eliminate or reduce the intake of cold and raw foods, shifting your diet to include warm and cooked foods during the time of acute symptoms. A lot of other products for digestion and bloat work via the mode of supplementation, such as digestive enzymes and probiotics. Some work as calmatives and function to give temporary relief. There is no contraindication for these other products to be taken with Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula, so they do not need to replace one another, and can be taken alongside one another.
