DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch Digestion + Bloat Formula:
Take 4 tablets on an empty stomach in the morning. Maximum recommended dosage: 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up. Please check with your health professional if under 14 years.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

I’ve taken this for about 1.5-2 months and amazing results! Went from having massive clusters of all sorts of pimples (both deep ****** and normal whiteheads in a massive patches) to just a few isolated spots here and there. Not completely clear yet (probably because of stress and other aspects of life) but this stuff definitely works! Caveat that I did use other topical treatments concurrently, but I did use those prior to taking Zilch pills and they didn’t make that much of a difference, mainly spot treatment but pimples just kept popping up. Much much calmer skin now. Waited a long while before posting this! :)

Since coming off the pill my skin really struggled with persistent, red and inflamed breakouts. Particularly around the sixth month of being off the pill. I started with a lower dose of zilch and gradually increased to the 6 a day which I have now been on for just over a month.
I am still having breakouts but as you can see from the pictures these have reduced and the redness and inflammation has got a lot better!
