DOSAGE
Take 6 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.

Since coming off the pill my skin really struggled with persistent, red and inflamed breakouts. Particularly around the sixth month of being off the pill. I started with a lower dose of zilch and gradually increased to the 6 a day which I have now been on for just over a month.
I am still having breakouts but as you can see from the pictures these have reduced and the redness and inflammation has got a lot better!

I truly do not understand how this product works this well…I started really struggling with ****** hormonal acne around my jawline when I was around 20 years old (UGH.) and it was so destructive to my self-esteem that I took the risk and tried accurate after trying everything else from antibiotics, spironolactone, bc, every facial you can think of. Accutane was the only thing that helped, after about 4 months of intense purging and peeling I finally had manageable, if not good, skin. But now I’m 34 with 2 kids and I just cannot fathom taking accutane again—so when the jawline sores started coming back I thought I was just doomed again. Somehow I found this product and I have no idea HOW IT IS WORKING but within literally 1 freaking week my skin had calmed down significantly to the point where now (1 month in) I haven’t had a new deep breakout in weeks. I’m stunned. I could cry. I mean, I probably have cried. Now I’m just working on healing the dark spots/scars left behind but what a relief to be able to do so. I’m only wondering if I have to take this supplement for the rest of my life? But honestly I will HAPPILY do so if that’s what it takes to have this kind of skin. The price IS high but based on my experience I no longer need to spend so much $$$ on all the other products I was desperately trying. I am a true skeptic turned obsessive fan—I wish I could give a bottle of this to everyone in my life who needs it.

To answer your question, no you won't need to take it forever. You can take it until skin is clear, and then do half dose for maintenance for a little while until you feel comfortable reducing it down to nothing. Im about to finish a bottle and I think I will at least do one more. I did not stop using my skincare while taking the pills and have been using tretinoin in it for several months. I have used antibiotics and tretinoin in the past to later start with accutane which worked until I stopped taking it. With Zilch I do feel that my skin calmed down a bit but im not 100% free of breakouts, currently still doing 6 a day but probably will up the dose to 8 as instructed on the bottle. Pills are really bitter so I take them quickly one by one to avoid them starting to dissolve in my mouth. No major changes to digestion, I take them 20 min after food.
