DOSAGE
Zilch Acne Formula:
Take 6 tablets once a day.
For ages 14 and up.
Zilch PMS + Stress Formula:
Take 4 tablets once a day.
Maximum recommended dosage: 4 tablets twice a day.
For ages 16 and up. Please check with your health professional if you are younger than 16 years of age to see if this product is suitable for you.
Take at least 20 minutes away from food. This means you can take your dosage 2 hours away from food if you want to, but just not within 20 minutes of a meal.
If you are sensitive, try taking your dose 20 minutes after a meal.
When taking more than one Zilch Formulas product:
We suggest taking different Zilch Formulas products at opposite ends of the day. If this is not suitable, please leave at least 2 hours between products.

Zilch Acne Formula:

Just finished one month on this formula and have seen some improvement but still not quite there yet. I ordered three bottles to start so I have a couple more months to go before I can give a full review. I've never struggled with acne until I reached my mid-thirties and my skin has just gone haywire. So anything at this point that doesn't make it worse is still a win in my book. I started using zilch acne formula in April 2024 and it helped me immensely but after a while I was stuck on my results so I decided to combine it with PMS + stress formula too and the results speak for itself. I’m so happy with my results. First pic is without zilch. Second is after acne formula and last is after PMS + stress formula. I tried Zilch about 8 years ago when I had horrible acne from coming off the pill. Alongside working with a naturopath and regular skin therapist appts, zilch worked wonders in helping to clear my skin.
I then turned 40, and my skin decided to flare up again. I jumped back on the Zilch tablets and noticed a significant difference within 2 weeks. So I will continuing to take it till my skin can get back to what it was, but it’s honestly been one of the main things that has helped me this time around.
